About Us

CKD-PATH is built and validated on a large, multi-center Saudi dataset (≈300,000 de-identified patient records in the current experimental phase) contributed by MoH and partner hospitals. The models are localized to Saudi population characteristics (age, comorbidities, eGFR/UACR distributions, and care-pathway patterns) and benchmarked against established international tools.

CKD-PATH is led by SSDS with a multidisciplinary steering group (nephrology, diabetology, cardiology, primary care, pharmacy, data science). Data use is approvals-based, de-identified, and compliant with local regulations. The tool supports, but does not replace, clinical judgment.
